CHUBB EXPANDS AT 1133 AVENUE OF THE AMERICAS

Insurance Firm Chubb Signs New Lease with The Durst Organization for 45,910 Square Feet

The Durst Organization today announced that Chubb signed an eight year lease for an additional 45,910 square feet on the 11th and 35th floors of 1133 Avenue of the Americas. The Chubb Corporation was acquired by ACE Limited earlier this year. ACE has been a tenant at 1133 Avenue of the Americas since 1998. Chubb now occupies 184,000 square feet in the building.

Chubb was represented by International Director Martin Horner and Global Senior Account Manager Pam Klyn of JLL. The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Senior Vice President of Leasing Tom Bow and Vice President Rocco Romeo.
