20 and 30 Halletts Point is the second major phase of The Durst Organization's Halletts Point mixed-use development along the Astoria waterfront. Designed by Handel Architects, 20 and 30 Halletts Point features two towers with 647 units of mixed-income housing. The towers are connected by a shared cellar for parking and will have ground-floor neighborhood retail. 20 and 30 Halletts Point will also feature a public waterfront esplanade. The development will open in 2025.
