Vine Street, Philadelphia

Located north of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, The Durst Organization developed plans for a vibrant mixed-use project on Vine Street that would bring residential apartments and ground-floor retail to the neighborhood. This development, designed by Handel Architects, would provide waterfront access, create green space, and preserve the important history of the site.
