Volt Information Sciences Signs Lease with The Durst Organization for 14,686 Square Feet

The Durst Organization today announced that Volt Information Sciences, Inc. has a signed 10 year lease for 14,686 square feet on the 15th floor of 1133 Avenue of the Americas. Volt’s new offices will overlook Avenue of the Americas and Bryant Park.

“We are thrilled Volt Information Sciences will be coming to 1133 Avenue of the Americas,” said Jonathan (Jody) Durst, President of The Durst Organization. “Volt will moving their offices just a few blocks north of their current offices on Avenue of the America but will now enjoy the magnificent views of Bryant Park that 1133 offers its tenants.

Volt Information Sciences was represented by David Mainthow, Jonathan Schindler and Aron Schreier of Cushman & Wakefield. The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Vice President of Leasing Rocco Romeo and Leasing Coordinator Tanya Grimaldo.
