Bailey Caliban is an Associate Director of Commercial Leasing at The Durst Organization. He works on office and retail leasing for Durst’s commercial portfolio including 825 Third Avenue, 733 Third Avenue, 655 Third Avenue and 205 East 42nd Street.In 2023, Bailey was recognized as a Top Young Professional in leasing by the Commercial Observer. He has worked on major deals including an 82,000-square-foot lease at 825 Third Avenue and a 117,000-square-foot headquarters lease at 655 Third Avenue. Bailey grew up in New York City and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the Catholic University of America. He originally started his career in real estate as a summer employee at Durst. Bailey is a member of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association.
