New York, NY – April 25, 2024 – The Durst Organization today announced three new DurstReady leases in the company’s Third Avenue portfolio totaling 9,387 square feet. DurstReady offers exceptionally designed, fully furnished, wired, and move-in ready offices from 2,000 to 45,000 square feet.
