New York, NY (December 6, 2023) – The Durst Organization today announced that Barnea Bistro has chosen 114 W 47th Street to open a new elevated Asian fusion restaurant. Spanning 7,602 square feet on the ground floor, Barnea Bistro has secured a 15-year lease, adding to this distinguished property in Midtown. Barnea is renowned for its contemporary French-style cuisine and kosher offerings that offer seasonal ingredients and flavors at its East Midtown location.

The property's notable features include a striking lobby rotunda, concierge desks, turnstile security, black Laguna marble, mahogany finishes, and, in select office spaces, outdoor terraces and green roofs with panoramic views of Manhattan's West Side. Additional amenities include a conference center and a street-level coffee bar.
