TAKE-TWO INTERACTIVE SOFTWARE, INC. RELOCATES HEADQUARTERS TO 1133 AVENUE OF THE AMERICAS

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Takes 61,383 Square Feet at 1133 Avenue of the Americas

The Durst Organization today announced that Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. has signed a 15 year lease for 61,383 square feet on the entire second and third floors and a private entrance on West 44th Street at 1133 Avenue of the Americas. The second floor is adjacent to over 7,000 square feet of outdoor space that will be used as an exclusive amenity for the tenant. Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. will be relocating their national headquarters to 1133 Avenue of the Americas.
