The Durst Organization announced that Jenner & Block LLP has signed a 15-year lease for 66,935 s/f on the 29th through 33nd floors of 1155 Avenue of the Americas The 100 plus year-old firm is moving from 919 Third Avenue, and it is the fourth law firm to sign at the building over the past three years. 1155 Avenue of the Americas was completed in 1984 and designed by Emery Roth & Sons.
