Building consulting firm Vidaris is moving up the Midtown Manhattan borough to 19,000 square feet at the Durst Organization’s One Five One, also known as 151 West 42nd Street, Commercial Observer has learned The consulting service provider signed a 10-year lease for space on the 24th floor of the Theater District building, formerly known as the Condé Nast building.
