EisnerAmper Inks 124K SF Deal to Move Midtown East HQ

The national advisory and tax services firm is relocating its headquarters exactly one block south, from SL Green Realty Corp.‘s 750 Third Avenue to Durst Organization’s 733 Third Avenue, Durst announced in a press release today. EisnerAmper signed a 15-year, 124,327-square-foot lease in the building between East 45th and East 46th Streets. Tax firm EisnerAmper relocating large East Side office

Accounting and advisory firm EisnerAmper is relocating its offices to a new, big space on Third Avenue. The company signed a lease for nearly 125,000 square feet at the Durst Organization’s 733 Third Avenue at the corner of East 46th Street, the landlord told The Real Deal.
