The Durst Organization announced that Clune Construction is relocating its NYC headquarters to 655 Third Avenue near Grand Central, leasing the entire 10th floor. This move, alongside Empire State Development’s lease, has increased the building’s occupancy from 52% to 85% The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron, and Bailey Caliban.
