From The Top of the World: TV Signal Returns to World Trade Center
The Spanish language network Telemundo 47 began broadcasting from the top of One World Trade Center this morning, the first time a television signal has been beamed from the site since 9/11. Telemundo 47's parent company, NBC, will also broadcast from the location by the end of the year.

Telemundo 47 Becomes First Local Television Station to Resume Over-the-Air Transmissions from One World Trade Center.
Telemundo 47 / WNJU became the first Tri-State television station to officially resume over-the-air transmissions from One World Trade Center. The station announced this morning, during a special ceremony in Lower Manhattan, that its signal will be powered by the most powerful, solid-state broadcast transmitter ever constructed. Douglas Durst and John Lyons were there to cut the ribbon to celebrate the return of broadcast to One World Trade Center. Please see the attached Press Release for more information.
Finance firm Robert W. Baird Takes Full Floor at 1155 Avenue of the Americas
The Durst Organization announced that Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated has signed a 15-year lease for the entire 16th floor of 1155 Avenue of the Americas. The building is currently undergoing a $110 million capital improvement program.
