Historic Front Street
Historic Front Street is an award-winning restoration of 11 landmarked buildings alongside the construction of three new buildings on Front Street in lower Manhattan. Comprising nearly an entire city block between Beekman Street and Peck Slip, the properties consist of 95 residential rental units and 15 street level retail stores.
Located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Manhattan, Historic Front Street presents a facade that looks almost exactly as it did 200 years ago and maintains the feel of a waterfront community.
