The Durst Organization and its general contractor Urban Atelier Group (UAG) have topped out construction at 20 and 30 Halletts Point in Astoria, Queens. The 647-unit, mixed use complex now rises 27 stories in one tower and 32 stories in another. Workers marked the milestone of pouring the final structural concrete with a ceremony.
