With its limestone façade and sleek modernist lines, this skyscraper led the transformation of Sixth Avenue into a business hub. The building saw major renovations in 1994, including a new lobby and elevators, advanced technology and communication upgrades, and modernization of mechanical systems. It has achieved Energy Star rating for three consecutive years.
